Over the 2 days at the MAD2 symposium we were blessed by some excellent coffee courtesy of the Coffee collective. If you timed it right you could even avoid the inevitable queues that formed post lunch and breakfast for what is some of the best coffee I’ve had this year!
The Coffee Collective Roastery & Coffee Shop is on Godthåbsvej 34b, 2000 Frederiksberg.
I had to check what these guys were about. The coffee collective has recently moved into a great new space off London has seen a wave of these new style Coffee Bars. you know where you are by the paraphernalia – all Hario Drippers, Aeropress coffee makers in addition to the impressive La Marzocco Strada coffee maker. The brew bar also contains an Uber Boiler from Marc which is almost an essential feature in any Coffee establishment with serious intentions these days.
a Large clean white warehouse space suits their ambitions well, The expansive coffee bar is bespoke designed by frenchman – he has kept things in line with the Scandanavian aesthetic
And glass walls show off the immaculate roasting and prep room well and centre stage is the Loring SmartRoast which is already churning out great results.
